Terms & Conditions of Use
By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving treatment from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Revise Laser at our clinic or via our website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

You must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
Cancellations and No-Shows
You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Failure to attend your appointment without proper notice will result in a £40 charge.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of further service.
Treatments
All treatments are subject to an individual consultation and clinical assessment.
Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees regarding the number of sessions required or final results.
You must follow all pre- and post-treatment care advice provided by us.
Medical Disclosure
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.
Payments
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required at the time of each treatment session.
We accept payment by cash or debit/credit card.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Revise Laser accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury resulting from treatment, except where caused by proven negligence.
We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Individuals respond to treatments differently and in order to assess and mitigate such effects a ‘patch test’ will be carried out:-
- Prior to commencement of treatment to each separate area
- After significant changes in medical circumstances
- If 6 months or more has elapsed between treatments
Despite the best efforts of Revise Laser and implementation of the foregoing procedures patients may still experience some short / long term effects including but not limited to :-
Skin Reaction
Temporary effects may include redness, mild burning, bruising, swelling, blistering, scabbing, and ingrown hairs. Hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin) or hypopigmentation (lightening) may occur, typically resolving within a few weeks to 3–6 months. In rare cases, permanent changes in skin colour or texture may occur, including loss of freckles or pigmented lesions.
Pigment Changes
Cosmetic and body tattoos often contain iron oxide, which may darken to red-brown or black during treatment. Titanium oxide and other pigments can also turn black, and this discolouration may be permanent. Immediate whitening of the treated area can obscure changes, making it difficult to assess colour shifts during the process.
Infection
Though uncommon, bacterial, fungal, or viral infections may develop. Herpes simplex infections around the mouth can occur, even in those with no previous history. Infections may require further medical treatment or antibiotics.
Bleeding
Pinpoint bleeding may occur, though it is rare. Additional care or treatment may be needed if bleeding arises.
Allergic Reactions
Hypersensitivity to certain tattoo pigments—especially those containing mercury, cobalt, or chromium—can trigger allergic reactions during removal. These may worsen with each session and cause long-lasting or permanent skin issues such as erosions, bruising, blistering, milia, redness, and swelling.
Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is abusive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who does not comply with these Terms.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (including text, images, and logos) is the property of Revise Laser and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland
