Terms & Conditions of Booking

Booking Policy

At Revise Laser we are committed to providing all clients with a safe, effective, and professional laser tattoo removal experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our booking policy outlined below.

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.

A free consultation is required prior to your first treatment to assess suitability and discuss your treatment plan.

Clients must be 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required.

Clients should note, due to the limitations in space, young children should not be brought into either the property at 30 Maritime Street or the Revise Laser Clinic.

Deposits

Card details are taken at the time of booking, if an appointment is missed or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment then a £40 flat fee will be charged.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the charge of £40.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charge £40 and may incur additional charges before rebooking.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited.

We will always do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals can affect other clients bookings.

Gift Vouchers/Promotional Offers

Gift Vouchers / Promotional Offers are limited to one per person.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash / credit and must be utilised within the 12-month validity period. The validity period will not be extended.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued after treatment.

Refunds for unused treatments purchased as part of a package will be considered only on medical grounds. Confirmation from your GP would be required prior to any refunds being considered / processed.

Health & Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or recent treatments during your consultation or before any session.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.

Clients should note, due to hygiene & safety requirements, pets should not be brought into either the property at 30 Maritime Street or the Revise Laser Clinic

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to our policies, acts inappropriately, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Revise Laser provide a safe working environment where Employees are respected and valued. This positive culture extends to our Clients who will all be treated similarly – no matter their age, disability, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation etc. Diversity Equity Inclusion lives on at Revise Laser!

With this in mind any Clients’ behaviour in breach of these principles will not be tolerated and treatment may be terminated and the Client asked to leave the premises.
